The Mining, Geological and Metallurgical Institute of India (MGMI) announced its third Asian Mining Congress to help the mining industry by educating people on mining, organising conference on the topic Resurgence of Mining in Asia: Prospects and Challenges, providing platform for business and for stakeholders coming together from more than 20 nations.
China and Czech Republic are the focus countries at the congress from which India is looking forward to learn, among other things, about “underground mining equipment and usage of these equipment, large open cast equipment, level of achievement with these usages, IT applications in mining,” said Bhattacharya.
