Aleris Signs Joint Venture Agreement for Greenfield Rolling Mill in China

BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ — Aleris International, Inc. has signed a joint venture agreement with Zhenjiang Dingsheng Aluminum Industries Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. for the construction of a state-of-the-art aluminum rolling mill in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province in China that will produce semi-finished rolled aluminum products. Aleris will be the majority owner in the venture.
