1. Abide by the relevant regulations in General Operation Instructions on Casting Equipment
2. Before working, test run the ball mill to make sure the transmission system (motor, coupling, speed reducer) and the motion of ball mill is normal then put into produce.
3. When start to operate, charge material first, empty running is not allowed; the material loaded in must be dry, no wet material is allowed; the material loaded in should be no less than 1/3 of the ball mill roller capacity.
4. Clean the sieve mesh once a week with brush or blow off by compressed air.
