Emirates Steel, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Basic Industries Corporation (Adbic), aims to boost its total production capacity to a record six million metric tons per annum by 2013, said a top official.
The only integrated steel plant in the UAE, the Emirates Steel, is wholly-owned by General Holding Corporation, an Abu Dhabi Government-owned company.
